    Restoring a 1920s villa located just before Devonport was needed as this home was long overdue for a refresh. Its weatherboards, worn by the sun and time, showed clear signs of aging—blistering, cracking, and peeling paint. For over 100 years, it had withstood the elements, but now it was time to give it the care it needed to stand strong for the next 100!
