The house painters were selected to restore this historic home built in 1891. Kept in the original family for over 128 years the new owners wanted to protect the heritage of the home but also restore retain the original character of this beautiful Takapuna icon. There were many challenging aspects of this project with the intricate detail of yesteryear craftsmen areas that required complete paint stripping that held over 100 years of paint!
