For over 100 years this home in Northcote Point on Auckland’s North Shore has proudly stood showcasing the workmanship of days gone.

Like many villa homes, regular exterior painting is the key to maintenance. As the home was recently bought the new owner wanted to stamp her personality onto the property with colour and by using the house painters talented tradespeople and the final results are stunning!

The colour used on the weatherboards was Resene Iron and Resene Alabaster for the windows and trim. The front door was changed to Resene Tuna and the deck to Resene 1/2 Grey Chateau. The house painters also painted the roof which was painted in Sandstone Grey.
