This beautiful home built in 1910 sits proudly in Devonport on Auckland’s North Shore. Adorned with detailed filigree and sash windows reminiscent of the style and craftsmanship of over 100 years ago.
Following several additions, this home has still kept the original character. Over the years the original paint had been stripped and regular maintenance has kept the home looking good but it was time to paint the exterior to ensure it stayed protected.
The owners wanted to keep the original colour for the weatherboards but update the front door and deck. Resene Periglacial Blue was used for the weatherboards and Resene Double Alabaster for the windows. The front door was changed to Resene Paprika and the front deck to Resene 1/4 New Denim Blue.
